This workshop is aimed at sharing the origins of Ashtanga Yoga, how it fits into the global yoga tradition, and what makes the Ashtanga method of practice unique. Two sessions: an introduction session 10:30 am to noon and a primary series workshop 1:30 to 3 pm. Both sessions will be led by Katherine Rea.
