Yoga Dance Party

Yoga Dance is a way to take your knowledge of the yoga poses and move them with music to create beautiful and fun dances.We create them together. Sometimes using a wall or taking it down to the floor we make make lovely sequences that will feel like a moving mediation. It’s like drawing a picture where your pencil never leaves the paper, just melding one pose into the next.

Reiki Training w/ Heath Shealy ~ Reiki Master

Reiki is the healing method utilizing light tough to direct the healthy flow of energy within the body. A Reiki treatment will usually take about one hour to one and a half hours to complete. Reiki is an extremely pleasant and holistic method of healing.

Posture Clinic

Lauren has studied extensively with the best.
Her knowledge of the bodies alignment has grown extensively thru her own injuries and the healing process. You won't want to miss this opportunity to grow your practice under the playful and experienced eye of Lauren.


Her classes are a mixture of many styles fused from a base of Iyengar Yoga. She uses her dance background to create fun Vinyasa classes, she uses her trainer skills to create strong power classes, and she uses her Iyengar training to help with alignment and utilize props, (chairs, blankets, bolsters, etc) in many creative ways to help students get the most out of their practice. While she doesn’t teach “Laughing Yoga”, it seems that you do quite a bit of that in her classes, for she finds many things amusing and feels that we all need to "lighten up a bit."

Her Posture Clinic will be fun, fact filled and informative so you can up your game on the mat!
