About the instructors:
Anahata aka NIcki Musick E-RYT 200 is a multifaceted yoga teacher whose experience spans four decades. She opened one of Columbia’s first yoga centers, the Yoga and Wellness Center of Columbia in 1993 and was involved in Columbia’s natural foods movement in the seventies followed by many years of statewide education and consultation. She received a certificate of training from the Mind Body Institute of Beth Israel Medical Center and Harvard University and taught yoga and stress management skills for medical symptom reduction in the Columbia SC affiliate which served several area hospitals and taught yoga and stress management skills for the SC Bar.
Lauren Rosa PA-C
Lauren is a member of the South Carolina Center for Integrative Medicine which offers an approach to healing and being well through traditional and holistic medicine. She utilizes nutrition and helps others with nutritional deficiencies as well as a broad range of health disorders such as food sensitivities, hormone imbalances, thyroid disorders and chronic pain. She is also a certified Reiki master and teaches yoga with a healing focus at SCCIM.
