Hot Ashtanga Flow

Friday, Feb. 1, 5:30 – 7 pm

Psoas Release

Saturday, Feb. 2, 10 am - 12 noon

The Iliopsoas connects the legs to the hips and spine, and a tight Psoas causes pain and injury in the hips and low back. It needs to be released regularly to function healthily. Come unwind your Psoas with Tucker in this two-hour therapeutic and educational session.

Shaman's Journey: Ritual Healing

Saturday, Feb. 2, 2-4 pm

Shamanism is a meditative practice and healing modality. It involves looking behind the veil of daily reality to meet and work with your spirit animals and guides. Have a question? Receive an answer. Need healing? Unlock it from within. We use the bilateral stimulation of drums to bring about a meditative state of healing.

Foot & Hand Therapy

Sunday, Feb. 3, 10 am - 12 noon

A specialized session designed to relieve pain and tension in the feet and hands, this workshop is the place to dive deep into the structures of the extremities. Come release stress and restrictions from the joints, muscles, and fascia--restore your foundations and feel this work resonate through your entire system. This practice is full of potent sensation, the kind that leads to healing. The work can be tailored to fit any body, but all will be challenged to work through their blockages (both physically and mentally) in this safe space.

Friday Night Shashtanga 5:30  $20, $15 members

Each Workshop is $30 or $75 for all 3

About Tucker

Tucker Shelton M.A., E-RYT 500 has been studying yoga for nine years and teaching for eight. Tucker's teaching style is to guide students carefully and gracefully into their bodies, offering many levels of mental, physical, and spiritual practices according to the needs and openness of the individual. His specialization is in what he terms "Longevity Yoga," or teaching sequences that are safe and powerful for yogis/yoginis to practice sustainably for the rest of their lives. Tucker is a sensitive, kind, and playful guide for those on the yoga path. He imbues his classes with love and insight and seeks to improve the lives of those with whom he shares his gifts.
