In this workshop you will learn the mechanics behind being able to arm balance successfully including: wrist strength/mobility, shoulder strength and stability, hip openers, and DEEP core!
We will be breaking down how to build these poses from the bottom up to prepare you to take flight.
Be prepared to learn steps to build a solid foundation to take your practice deeper physically and focus on poses like: side plank, crow and crow variations, firefly pose, and maybe even flying pigeon!
