Meditations for Self-Healing

This class helps you to experience and connect with your subtle body. You will learn some of the techniques for more awareness of this body, an onion-like layer of your energy field. These meditations are specifically designed to energize and protect the mind/body healing processes as past injuries and karmas are resolved and released.  They are excellent for the more experienced meditator or for beginners. They are popular tools for counselors and psychologists. They serve to maintain the state of wellness for all and align you with the Divine within yourself. This class will include light stretching to support the seated meditation practices!
