Join Haley and turn it upside down! In this workshop you’ll learn how to strengthen the body to prepare to going upside down. You will learn proper alignment and be able to incorporate these playful and invigorating postures in your daily practice.
You can expect to learn the foundations of: headstand, handstand, shoulder stand, and forearm stand.
