Kyra's Kickasana

Join Kyra for a special kick-your-asana 2 hour class.

This is not about a harder-faster class. This class is designed to uplevel your existing practice by going deep in places you forget. There will be Kyra's killer core work to get you set to move from a deeper place. You will learn different forms of pranayama {breathing} to support your practice. By moving from within and more mindful of the breath, you'll strengthen our sense of self. The word "asana" literally means seat. Prepare to take your seat as a stronger more confident yoga practitioner. This class is designed for those with at least 6 months of serious practice!
