We will discuss how to modify your practice in flow classes, alleviate common pregnancy ailments naturally, and prepare yourself for a peaceful and conscious birth. And we will practice a delicious flow designed for your changing body, with time for meditation, breath work, and deep relaxation to support you on the journey to birth and motherhood. All levels of experience welcome. Postpartum moms making their way back to the mat welcome too.

Shelley Jones, mama of two and RYT-500, credits yoga with helping to make her transitions from pregnancy through birth and into motherhood easeful, though not easy. Now she shares the gift of yoga with her kids, while realizing the power of her own personal practice in supporting her as a mother. In addition to her adult classes, including prenatal and postnatal classes and workshops, Shelley loves to teach kids’ yoga.
