Our mission is to help our community achieve greater well being. We recognize the power of yoga to both improve the lives of individuals by empowering them with each breath, each posture. You're sure to find a class that fits your life.

Class Descriptions

Vinyasa is our signature style. We call it the “gateway drug” as it’s the style that lures people in and leaves them wanting to know more about all kinds of yoga! You will move thru the class using your breath and the Sun Salutations to link all of your poses into one seamless meditation. At the end you rest feeling successful, energized and ready to face the world with an open mind and a stronger heart for the struggle!

If you’ve never tried yoga before, taking your first class can be incredibly intimidating. To help ease that stress and improve your future class experiences, we’ve created a free Yoga 101 class designed specifically for beginners!
